The data supplied to SAIL represents interactions and services provided by Careers Wales to clients throughout Wales over the period 01/04/2012 to 31/03/2020. At the start of this period, the Careers Wales had just been formed from six regional Careers companies, and their CRM system was initially populated with imports from the preceding companies’ systems. Between 2012 and the present Careers Wales has worked to rationalise the varied approaches to recording, enhance the quality and suitability of the data they gather, and to simplify the data entry requirements for their staff as far as possible.
