In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, daily information on attendances to Accident and Emergency (A&E) departments has been specifically published to support transparency and understanding of NHS activity and capacity. Figures show the number of attendances to A&E by local health board and by date. The data are taken from management information and are subject to change. The latest data have not been subject to the same validation processes undertaken for official statistics releases. The official statistics should continue to be considered the authoritative source of data.
