Consilium is Edge Analytics’ Local Plan Database. This Local Plan housing data covers all Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) in England and Wales. It is assembled by bringing together a wide range of data and documentation from the LPAs, either directly or from their respective websites, with additional data sourced directly from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). The Consilium dataset collates Local Plan housing evidence: local plan status; local authority needs; brownfield land register; housing land availability; housing requirements and target; five-year land supply; housing trajectories; DLUHC completions; council completions; and geocoded site data. Consilium comprises five data extracts at macro-level or micro-level. The Local Plan (LP) status data extract and macro level data extract are the macro level (LPA-level) data. Five-year housing supply site data, trajectory site data and brownfield site data are micro level.
